What this site is

paragraphs.eu is a clean, fast reference for the text of selected European Union regulations. Each article has its own stable URL carrying the verbatim wording, organised into a reference book per regulation. It exists because looking up a single article today usually means a slow, framed page or a PDF — neither of which is a good experience for a person reading the law or a good citation target for an AI assistant answering a question about it.

How the text is sourced

The text is reproduced verbatim from the public-domain consolidated versions published in the Official Journal of the European Union and made available through EUR-Lex. Every article page and every book links back to the official source. This site reproduces the law; it does not interpret it. For the authentic, legally binding text, always refer to EUR-Lex.

Who publishes it

paragraphs.eu is published by Contenza K/S. The same company operates audit-checklist tooling for compliance professionals at auditchecklists.org and avicert.net. We disclose this connection openly: the reference text here is free and verbatim, and any link to our commercial tooling is clearly marked.
